It’s September 🍂 ! Are you as excited as I am? September begins the countdown to all things festive: 113 Days to Christmas, 86 to Thanksgiving and for those who celebrate Halloween, 58 days to go. As you mark those days off the calendar with joyful anticipation, I’m counting down with glee to my favorite season, Fall.

In 21 days, I can look forward to the colorful changes in the leaves, the welcoming of brisk nightfall breezes and dare I say, comfort food. There’s something about the early darkening of the day that makes the indulgence of carbs sensible. What I’m most excited about is the Accessories and Fashion that Fall calls forth.

Top 10 Fall Fashion Trends.
1. Faux Fur has grown on me. I was reluctant to accept the synthetic fabric into my life as I am a natural fiber kinda gal. However, I’ve had a change of heart. Faux Fur has never looked better. Designers have focused on creating the aura of luxe. 2. Plaid, there is something to be said about the look of Plaid. The heritage print evokes an air of royalty with the right hint of femininity creating an impactful silhouette. I am here for this trend.

3. Dare, I say - Purrrrr....I have a confession to make. The Kitten Heel was my greatest fashion fear. Prior to COVID, I was a dedicated member of the 4"inch+ heel club. Today, I belong to the sexy, chic but moreover GROWN WOMAN Kitten Heel club. And, I'm loving it!
4. Brown is the new Black. Chocolate Brown has given Black a much needed break. The color has taken over representing the power and strength necessary for Fall.

5. The Knit Dress is a must have wardrobe staple for Fall. The versatility of this dress is what I love. The Knit Dress can transition you from day to night seamlessly. You can elevate and transition this dress with the right accessories. And your footwear options are endless! This dress can be paired with a Kitten Heel, Loafer, Knee Length Boot, Bootie even a Sneaker will do. I give this trend two thumbs up!

6. While Faux/Vegan Leather has its rightful place in fashion, Leather is here to stay! For Fall, we are embracing Leather in such an impactful. The Leather trench came down the runways representing fem fatale in a superhero like way. The powerful silhouette has me all in. I've begun my journey to add this powerhouse to my Fall wardrobe.

7. The Swaddle look has me all wrapped up in my feelings. This look reminds me of being nestled into something warm and cozy for Fall. The Swaddle trend offers the gift of layering. In a lightweight Cashmere fabric with a turtleneck you'll be nestled like a baby in warmth. This trend has me feeling fuzzy all over.

8. Suede Bags are the staple for Fall. If I'm nothing else, I'm a lover of shoes and handbags. Particularly handbags of quiet luxury. Therefore, I immediately added a Suede Bag to my Collection. And it should come as no surprise that I opted for Chocolate Brown in color.

10. This trend I did not see coming, Snakeskin. Nevertheless, I'm pleased to see it made the cut. Snakeskin is the new neutral for Fall. Whether you invest in footwear or an accessory, the texture of Snakeskin is sure to add luxury to your wardrobe.
